Taughts of new ingame events...
What do you think the next ingame event will be? We already got kind of 1 for each campaign (except Nightfall, which borrowed last halloween from Prophecies)
Wintersday (Core)
Halloween (Prophecies - ?Nightfall?)
Dragon Festival (Factions)
Well, my idea is, since both Factions and Prophecies has sort of an own ingame event, what do you think Nightfall should get?
My personal taught is that Nightfall will either celebrate Easter or Valentines day, since we already have one event in the winter, one in the summer and one in the autumn. I think Valentine is next on the list, to celebrate lyssa, since she seems to be the "highest goddess" in Elona...
Post your taughts here

By "taughts" you mean "thoughts" I would guess.
Aren't most holiday style events already established by precedent?
I could see an Easter Bunny hopping around Tyria as part of holiday event. ANet could easily find a secular way to have an Easter event, I'm sure.
But, at some point the events will become traditions and there will be no need to add more.

When it comes to events they should be special and not often, but I was thinking 1 other event that they'd add, and that'd be a day for the GW Gods, each god shows their avatar for a couple days, and you can only accept quests from gods of your profession, and at the end of the holiday, every 2 hours you can accept a mask from your avatar...just an idea

It does not matter, people dont have problems with wintersday and wintersday has tradition....why cant anyone see this???
The candy canes, perfect example for tradition, you think they are just candy? no they represent something, go look it up. the elf potions, they are a myth of santas little helpers!
many more, but i dont fell like typing all day.

No, no. I am saying there is a point of saturation. Eventually the events we have now...and perhaps a few more will be the events that become traditions in the game world.
But, I do not think ANet will want to have them:
-back to back/too frequent
-too specific to one culture or religion
